HN1300T Automatic High-Speed Duplex Turret Slitting Machine
HN1300T is one of the latest duplex turret slitting machines, engineered for processing materials including primary film, printed film, laminates, nonwoven fabrics and more. It is a turret slitter rewinder designed and manufactured for non-stop, high-throughput production.
The turret design enables operators to unload finished rolls from one shaft while the machine continues slitting and rewinding material onto the other shaft. The HN1300T is equipped with fully automatic shear circular blades or razor blades, which deliver fast, highly precise blade positioning. An automatic robotic unloading system is available as an optional extra.

The HN1300T is a high-precision, high-speed duplex turret slitting and rewinding machine suitable for processing a wide range of materials, including:

Safety Design
Operator safety is prioritized in every design detail. All rotating components in the slitting zone are fully enclosed with safety guards and cannot be touched during operation. A laser safety scanner safeguards the rewinding area.Intuitive Control Interface
Multiple control panels are arranged for convenient operation: two touchscreen panels for slitting and rewinding, one fixed panel at the unwinding section, plus a mobile handheld panel for jumbo roll loading.Full Servo Drive System
The machine is equipped with 16 servo motors in total. The main servo motor drives the main drive roller, lay-on rollers, knife shafts and banana roller. An unwinding AC servo motor paired with a dancer roller regulates the master roll tension. The third AC servo motor drives both rewinding shafts, with a fourth servo motor available as an upgrade option.High Operating Speed up to 800 m/min
