HN 1600T Automatic High-Speed Slitting & Rewinding Machine
HN1600T is our latest duplex turret slitting machine. It is a turret slitter rewinder designed and manufactured for non-stop, high-throughput production.
HN1600T turret design enables operators to unload finished rolls from one shaft while the machine continues slitting and rewinding material onto the other shaft. An automatic robotic unloading system is available. The machine accommodates a maximum material width of 1600 mm for slitting.

1）Heavy-Duty Split-Body Structure
Engineered for large production capacity, the machine accepts a maximum unwinding diameter of 1300 mm.
It comes with automatic hydraulic floor pickup and motorized screw adjustment for web width, greatly cutting manual workload and accelerating roll loading.
2）High-Precision Web Guiding & Splicing
Fitted with an advanced EPC/LPC edge guiding system to maintain flawless material alignment.
It incorporates a built-in splicing table to deliver fast, simple and accurate joining between new and residual master rolls.
3）Integrated Operator Walkway / Service Bridge
A sturdy walkway platform bridges the unwinding and rewinding sections, offering operators ergonomic access for safe, hassle-free blade positioning and adjustment.
4）Universal Dual Slitting System
Compatible with both razor and circular shear blade slitting to process a wide spectrum of materials with varying thicknesses.
It features semi-automatic circular blade positioning, which drastically shortens setup time and lifts overall production efficiency.
5）4-Shaft Duplex Turret Rewinding
Adopts an upper and lower 4-shaft rotary turret design. While one pair of shafts runs high-speed rewinding, the other can be preloaded with new cores to enable uninterrupted continuous production.
6）Fully Automatic Robotic Unloading
Finished rolls are automatically transferred to a 180° rotating discharge rack.
A built-in robotic arm retrieves rolls one by one and stacks them on pallets, delivering a high-throughput, labor-efficient production workflow.
