CP-S900C 2L Two-Layer Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder for POS Roll Production
CP-S900C 2L is a two-layer thermal paper slitting machine designed for producing POS rolls, ATM receipts, and thermal paper rolls. With a working speed of up to 180m/min, PLC touch-screen control, and stable tension adjustment, it enables efficient dual-layer roll production with consistent quality.
CP-S900C 2L Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder is designed for converters who require higher productivity and efficient multi-layer processing. Its two-layer slitting capability allows simultaneous processing of two layers, significantly improving production output compared to single-layer machines.
Equipped with a PLC touch-screen control system, operators can easily adjust parameters and tension according to different roll specifications, reducing setup time and improving operational efficiency. The air-shaft unwinding system with magnetic powder brake ensures stable tension control throughout the slitting process.
A 10 circular blade slitting unit provides stable and accurate cutting across both layers, while end mark rollers automatically add marks inside the finished rolls for easier roll identification.
