FY1600J Plus is an enhanced heat blade slitting machine designed to handle large & heavy fabric rolls efficiently.
It is our most popular mature model for industrial fabric slitting and converting production. It is designed for non-woven fabric, satin, as well as other woven and non-woven fabric materials with slitting width requirements from 10mm to 1620mm.Equipped with multi-spec air shafts, 80pcs heating straight blades, and a professional pneumatic control system, the FY1600J PLUS delivers consistent high-precision slitting quality, reduces fabric material waste, and improves overall production efficiency.
1.The machine is equipped with an additional frame on the unwinding section to flatten fabric, effectively smoothing out wrinkles caused by loosely packed jumbo fabric rolls.
