HN1600R High-Speed And Smart Rewinding Machine
HN1600R is a cost-effective, reliable solution for high-quality roll rewinding. Compact and efficient, it features automatic tension control with simple setup, supported by servo motors for accurate tension. It allows easy control of both front and back side, adopts high-quality branded components such as Mitsubishi, Airtak, Fukuta and so on, and is equipped with blades to trim waste edges. The HN Series Rewinder & Inspection Machine is our reliable and widely popular standard model for roll material processing. It is designed for hot stamping foil, primary film (BOPP, PVC, LDPE, PET), laminates, non-woven fabric, paper/label, and aluminum foil with thicknesses from 12-200 microns (and 20-40 microns for aluminum foil).
Equipped with 3-inch air shafts, EPC web guide system (Italy origin), stroboscope testing device (Panasonic photoelectric head), and waste edge trimming blades, this machine delivers stable rewinding quality, enables precise online quality inspection, and improves production efficiency.
