The CCFAJ-S series paper core cutter delivers excellent cost-performance. It cuts paper tubes from a minimum length of 500mm up to 3600mm.
It handles inner diameters from 3-inch to 6-inch and wall thicknesses from 1mm to 18mm. This fully-automatic cutter works with paper tubes of many different sizes.
As a single-blade fully-automatic paper core cutter, it comes with the following features:
Automatic paper tube loading. Operators only need to place raw paper tubes onto the loader, and the machine will feed tubes in for cutting automatically.
Automatic unloading. Once cutting is finished, finished tubes drop onto the conveyor and move to the next production step.
Tube-end grinding. It cleans paper scraps off both ends of tubes, preventing dust and paper debris from contaminating your slit materials.
Custom-length setting on the touchscreen. The machine cuts tubes automatically to whatever length you enter.
Batch-count function. Set your target quantity, and the machine will stop automatically once finished.
Memory storage. It saves up to 5 groups of cutting-width and quantity parameters. You can recall saved settings with one-click on next startup.
Superior safety design. The cutter blade and shaft stay stationary; only the paper tube spins. This greatly reduces potential safety risks.
