HN2000HSFPLUS Horizontal Pressed Metallized/Laser Foil Slitter
HN2000HSFPLUS with a horizontal pressed roller to better apply greater but more stable external force to the material, which can not only better ensure that the material is in the perfect position but also make the slitting quality more perfect. Best choice for Metalized or Laser Foil slitting.
HN2000HSFPLUS with max speed up to 600m/min. It can complete the slitting work efficiently and quickly. It can be used in so many materials between 6-250 microns thick whether films or foils. Its equipped with both 1 inch and 3 inches cutting system to meet various needs.
Horizontal pressed roller are more suitable for slitting thinner materials and small widths of finished rolls. Meanwhile, equipped with 1 inch ad 3 inches rewinding shaft for different rolls. The support system of 1 inch will be offered to make the shaft more stable. Hydraulic lifter is equipped to load the jumbo rolls easily.
