HN2000HSF High-Speed Holographic Foil Slitting Machine
Precision slitting machine engineered specifically for hot stamping foils. It can quickly slit large rolls with wide widths and ensure excellent cutting quality . Handles material thicknesses from 6µ to 250µ with 1" and 3" rewind shafts. Achieves consistent, burr-free cuts at speeds up to 550m/min. Ideal for foil and packaging converters seeking high-efficiency slitting.
HN2000HSF is especially designed for large width hot stamping foils. It can slit from 300mm to 2000mm width. Also its suitable for films, lamination and other materials that range from 6 microns to 250 microns.
It is equipped with both 1-inch and 3-inch rewinding shafts, which can be well applied in the hot stamping foil industry. Meawhile, the slitting quality can be stable whether in High speed or Lower speed. Automatic tension control can keep the machine in constant tension balance while it is in operation.
