HN800HSF High-Speed Hot Stamping Foil Slitting Machine
HN800HSF is a smart slitter rewinder specially designed for hot stamping foil, cold foil and metallized foil. It is fitted with special angled circular knives and a dust extraction system, resulting in nearly zero dust during operation.
Adopting the most advanced closed-loop tension control system and backward lay-on roller system, the machine produces finished rolls with perfect shaping, stable tension and zero wrinkles. Its standard production speed reaches 500 m/min, which drastically cuts down the production cycle of foil rolls.
The HN800HSF is an 800 mm-width slitter rewinder with a standard speed of 500 m/min; an 800 m/min speed version is optional. Its minimum slitting width is 30 mm.
Fitted with both shear circular blades and razor blades, the machine can slit not only hot stamping foil, cold foil and metallized foil, but also base films, laminates, paper and even self-adhesive labels.
Furthermore, it is equipped with both 1-inch air shafts and 3-inch friction slip air shafts, supporting slitting for both 1-inch and 3-inch rolls.
