The HN1600F Duplex Shaft Center Winding Slitter Rewinder is a well-received model for processing self-adhesive materials, PSA labels, paper, laminates and release liners.

Unlike compact slitter rewinders, the HN1600F features a split layout that separates the unwinding and rewinding sections. This design allows the machine to load and slit large-diameter mother jumbo rolls, with a maximum loading diameter of 1500 mm.

Meanwhile, this separated structural design prevents unwinding vibration from affecting the rewinding process, guaranteeing premium quality finished rolls.

Equipped with a knife cleaning device and finished reel push-off mechanism, this model delivers easy, user-friendly operation for workers.

In addition, its unloading mechanism can smoothly shift between vertical and horizontal states and comes with an auto-rotating function, supporting highly efficient packaging workflows.
