The N1 TTR Slitter is our most popular entry-level model for thermal transfer ribbon (TTR) production. It is designed for wax, wax-resin, and resin ribbons, as well as other specialty films with thicknesses from 4–20 microns.
Equipped with multiple air shafts, magnetic blade holders, and a semi-automatic leader & trailer table, the N1 delivers consistent slitting quality, reduces material waste, and improves production efficiency. Its compact design, combined with reliable SIEMENS PLC and servo-driven tension control, makes it a perfect choice for start-up ribbon manufacturers seeking a cost-effective and easy-to-operate machine.
