CP-S650C 5L 5 Ply Thermal Paper Slitting Machine
CP-S650C 5L is a five-layer thermal paper slitting machine designed for producing POS rolls, ATM receipts, and thermal paper rolls. With a working speed of up to 180m/min, PLC touch-screen control, and stable tension adjustment, it enables efficient and precise multi-layer roll production.
CP-S650C 5L Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder is engineered for converters who need high-quality multi-layer roll production. Its five-layer slitting design allows simultaneous processing of multiple layers, improving production efficiency and material utilization.
Equipped with a PLC touch-screen control system, operators can quickly adjust parameters and tension according to roll specifications, reducing setup time. The air-shaft unwinding system with magnetic powder brake ensures stable tension throughout the slitting process.
A 10 circular blade slitting unit provides accurate cutting across all five layers, while end mark rollers automatically add marks inside the finished rolls for easier roll identification.
