CP-S1450ACCCC is a semi-automatic thermal paper slitting machine with 4-color flexo printing, designed for producing high-end POS rolls, ATM receipts, and large promotional thermal paper rolls. Its 1450mm wide slitting capacity combined with 4-color inline printing enables complex, premium branding directly on rolls.
CP-S1450ACCCC Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder is designed for converters targeting the high-value and customized thermal paper market. With 4-color inline flexo printing, the machine allows for detailed logos, patterns, promotional graphics, and full-color designs on both sides of the rolls, creating premium products with strong visual impact.
The semi-automatic system includes auto core loading, auto glue spray, auto cross cutting, and auto roll push-out, reducing manual labor while keeping operation flexible. The air-shaft unwinding system with magnetic powder brake provides stable tension control, while the circular blade slitting unit ensures precise cutting at high production speed.
