CP-S1450ACC Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder with 2-Color Flexo Printing
CP-S1450ACC is a semi-automatic thermal paper slitting machine with 2-color flexo printing, designed for producing POS rolls, ATM receipts, and large branded thermal paper rolls. Its 1450mm wide slitting capacity and 2-color printing capability allow high-volume production with enhanced branding.
CP-S1450ACC Thermal Paper Slitter Rewinder is designed for converters who want to produce high-capacity rolls with multi-color printing in a single continuous process. With 2-color inline flexo printing, it can print logos, patterns, and promotional designs on both front and back of the rolls, adding higher value to the finished products.
The semi-automatic system includes auto core loading, auto glue spray, auto cross cutting, and auto roll push-out, reducing manual labor while maintaining flexible operation. The air-shaft unwinding system with magnetic powder brake ensures stable tension control, while the circular blade slitting unit guarantees precise cutting even at higher production speeds.
