On August 15 in 2022, there is one email jumped to my mail box.

“Can you quote me price for 1300 mm roll width.Send full specification.Confirm lead time Price to include delivery to below address.” Then our story began.

After talking with client, we learned he had an old machine in the factory, now need upgrading with an more advanced machine. The main material he need to slit and rewind is the primary film and lamination films.

As a professional factory specializing in cutting and rewinding machines, HAVESINO promptly responded to all of the client's  inquiries and assisted them in resolving any doubts they had. We understood that Ireland was far away from China and thus made an effort to support our Irish client. We even recommended our Turkish clients to them. To our surprise, the Irish client was very supportive, and the next day, they went to the Turkish client's exhibition to learn more about our machines.

After that , the Irish customer also asked for a list  of reference customers in  Europe and inquired about  the quality and  service of our machines by phone and email. He told us our customer are pleased with our machine also ourquick service.

During our further communication, we realized our current design of the machine is not so convenient for customer to do production, so our engineer modified the size and direction of the machine to provide the best solution to customer.

With all problems solved by Havesino professional teams, customer placed and order and arranged the prepayment in 3 days.Before machine is ready, we checked customer if there is requirements on testing, he made a list to show requirement on material quality , size, weight,even diameter of the jumbo. Meanwhile ask us do cutting to several sizes with 6 runnings.

We made the testing seriously and take every testing video to customer, he is very satisfied with testing result. Last month, we already shipped out the machine to Ireland. Althoughweencountered various challenges during

the communication process, we were committed to addressing every issue and concern that the client had.
