The HN1600 PLUS is our latest generation slitter for flexible packaging. Featuring 600m/min speeds, horizontal pressing technology, and closed-loop tension control, which is a high performance slitter widely used in the flexible packaging industry. It can slit the material from 6 microns to 250 microns. Whether the material is BOPP or PE or any others, it can do the same perfect performance.
The HN1600PLUS advanced slitting machine is an upgraded solution designed for higher precision and improved stability in film converting applications. Compared with the standard model, it is equipped with a horizontal direct pressure roller system, ensuring more uniform material contact and enhanced tension consistency, which significantly improves slitting quality and roll finishing.
The HN1600PLUS provides superior performance, better roll tightness, and consistent output for demanding high speed production environments.
