The HN1300T is engineered for high-capacity industrial converting, combining robust mechanical design with "Lights-Out" automation:

• Split-Type Heavy-Duty Structure: Optimized for processing massive jumbo rolls with a maximum unwinding diameter of 1300mm (50 inches). Featuring a hydraulic automatic loading system and motor-driven lead screws for rapid width adjustment, it significantly reduces labor intensity.

• 4-Shaft Turret Rewinding System: This Non-Stop Slitter Rewinder utilizes a dual-set, 4-spindle rotary system. While two shafts are actively winding, the secondary set is prepared in advance, ensuring zero-gap production cycles and maximum efficiency.

• Fully Automatic Discharge & Robotic Palletizing: Experience true automation as finished rolls are automatically pushed to the unloading station. After a 180° rotation, a multi-axis Robotic Arm palletizes the rolls automatically, completing the loop from core to pallet.

• Precision Web Guiding & Operator Platform: Equipped with a high-accuracy EPC/LPC system and a dedicated splicing table. The integrated walking platform between the unwind and rewind units allows for ergonomic knife adjustment and effortless maintenance.

• Dual-Mode Slitting Versatility: Supports both Razor-in-Air and Circular Blade slitting. The semi-automatic circular blade positioning system slashes setup times for various materials and thicknesses.
