Slitting Rewinding Machine Flexible Packaging Material Slitter
HN2000 Wide-Web Duplex Slitter Rewinder is a heavy-duty slitting solution engineered for flexible packaging and label materials, delivering exceptional stability, fast installation and excellent cost efficiency for high-volume converting production lines. The maximum slitting width can reach 2000 mm, with a material thickness range of 10 to 250 micrometers.
The HN2000 is engineered for converters requiring wide-web processing without sacrificing precision or production efficiency. Built on a mature platform with 16 years of proven performance, this model features a heavy-duty structure paired with advanced control systems to withstand demanding high-output production conditions.
With a 2000 mm maximum slitting width, it easily processes large-format jumbo rolls. The built-in closed-loop tension control system and precision slitting unit guarantee uniform finished roll quality for films, foils, laminates and non-woven fabrics.
Optimized for fast on-site setup, the machine is delivered fully pre-assembled and can go into production immediately after power and pneumatic hookup, with 24/7 remote technical support available.
