The cooperate story with our Italy customer for our film slitting machine!

We firstly met the Italian customer in 2015. During 2015-2022, we talked several times intermittently about our hot stamping foil slitting rewinding machine HN1600. However, due to various circumstances, customer cant make the decision at that time. Although we didn’t start the cooperation earlier, each step will make sense in the future. During the 7 years, we don’t stop sharing machine details, testing videos, some news and something about the machine working in other customer’s factory to this customer. All these efforts pays off in 2023.

InApril 2023, our sales manager Klayshared with Mr. Dante the latest testing video as usual,

What’s the surprise, Mr. Dante replied the email and ask for an updated offer for HN1600, he told this time he is ready for purchasing the machine, During the communication process, Mr. Dante extensively discussed the details of our HN1600, seeking information on its applicability and engaging in discussions with the HAVESINO team regarding the machine's configuration.

Within just one week, Mr. Dante placed the order from us and arranged the prepayment. We are pleased to share that the machine has successfully completed testing and is now on its way to the customer's facility. The HAVESINO team is committed to providing ongoing support to our valued customers.
